Professional Migration Services

For publishers with higher volumes or more complex data (such as intricate royalty rules and structures), BookMatters offers a hands-on service:

• Fixed Fee: Comprehensive migration is available for a one-time fee.
• Verified Transfer: We will transfer all title, author, and contract data, verifying it for accuracy and continuity.
• Advance Consultation: If you provide samples of your existing data, we can advise on the most efficient migration approach before you begin.

Onboarding & Training

Introductory Session: All new subscriptions include two introductory sessions covering the software’s core features and functionality.

Data Migration Training: Customers who purchase the Professional Data Migration Service receive additional training and guidance tailored to their imported data, including best practices for managing and maintaining it.

Ongoing Customer Engagement: We recommend periodic review meetings, as well as meetings during major trade shows, to introduce new features, gather customer feedback, and discuss opportunities to maximize the value of our platforms.
