Self-Service Import

The software includes a robust built-in Import feature that allows you to upload standard publishing data independently at no extra cost:

• Data Types: You can import titles, contacts, interests, and licenses.
• Format: Data can be organized in spreadsheets and/or ONIX format
• Effortless Setup: This feature is designed for “rapid setup,” allowing publishers with simple data structures to be up and running in minutes.

Professional Migration Services

For publishers with higher volumes or more complex data (such as intricate royalty structures), BookMatters offers a hands-on service:

• Fixed Fee: Comprehensive migration is available for a one-time fee.
• Verified Transfer: We will transfer all title, author, and contract data, verifying it for accuracy and continuity.
• Advance Consultation: If you provide samples of your existing data, we can advise on the most efficient migration approach before you begin.

Onboarding & Training

• Introductory Session: All new subscriptions include a one-time, two-hour online introduction to the software.
• Migration Training: If you purchase the professional migration service, it includes additional specific training and guidance on managing your newly imported data.
