DATA SERVICES & TRAINING

Data migration services are available for RIGHTS 20|20 and RIGHTS 20|20 Agents.

With our data migration services, we will convert your existing information into a RIGHTS 20|20 format, so you can start working with a fully-populated database.

Fees for data migration services depend on the volume and complexity of the data which is to be converted. To quote a fee for data migration we require a description of the data, along with samples.  The data can be provided in any structured electronic format (e.g. Excel spreadsheets, etc.).

Data migration services are subject to scheduling and availability. Migration and testing may take 3-8 weeks after confirmation, pending on the complexity of data. Purchase of at least one annual subscription licence is a prerequisite.

One online session of introduction to the software (two hours) is offered gratis, to be scheduled within 12 months of first-time purchase/sign-up. Additional general online training is available at $500.00 per two-hour session, pending on availability and scheduling.

Data-specific online sessions (e.g. training of new staff on the customer’s own database and processes) and off-line data auditing and consultations, or other special data services (database merges, special import projects, etc.) are also available for a fee, pending on availability and scheduling. Our solutions, hosted.

Our Hosted Desktop Service gives you a complete virtual PC in the cloud.

This ‘remote desktop’ can be accessed from any device (PC, Mac, etc.). Access is via the Web or via the Remote Desktop Access plug-in (included on Windows PCs, and available for free for Macs and other devices).

The remote desktop consists of a complete Windows PC environment, includes RIGHTS 20|20, and also comes with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

 

Advantages of the Hosted Desktop Service

  • Accessible from non-PC platforms (e.g. Macintoshes, etc.)
  • Allows for remote access for users that share a database but are not located in the same local area network (e.g. within an office).
  • In addition to RIGHTS 20|20, the hosted option provides a complete Windows environment equipped with MS Office that you can use for your computing requirements.
  • System administration, updates, backups and other tasks are managed by the hosting provider.

The service is available on an  annual subscription basis. Unless otherwise specified in our price lists, our Hosted Desktop service is available for an annual fee starting at $880.00 per user per year; this fee is in addition to the software subscription of your configuration.
